IASK is an intensive, small-group animation workshop built around the two things that can completely change an audition: knowing what casting is listening for and knowing how to bring a character to life.

You'll work with Kristin Paiva, a working animation Casting and Voice Director whose work spans Disney, Nickelodeon, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network and beyond, and Scott Parkin, a veteran actor, voice artist and improviser with 4,000+ commercial credits and decades of experience making characters live beyond the page.

​

This isn't three hours of talking about animation.

​

You'll be on your feet. You'll perform. You'll be redirected. You'll try again. You'll learn what makes a choice land, what makes an audition disappear, and how to bring more specificity, spontaneity and life into your work.

IASK is not an audition. No roles, representation or employment are promised or implied.

But you are working with an active Casting Director. She will hear your work, learn what you do well, see how you take direction and help you understand how your performance is landing from the other side of the casting table.
