The Paiva Institute was founded by veteran casting and voice director Kristin Paiva to reimagine how talent is trained, mentored, and empowered in the voiceover and animation industry.

This is more than education—it’s a launchpad. Through intimate, high-impact programs, The Institute cultivates creativity, professionalism, and purpose in the next generation of artists, casting professionals, and directors.

The Voice Forge is designed to support underrepresented talent in voice-over by providing industry guidance, insights, and professional development. Selection Process & Time Commitment

Due to time constraints, this mentorship will be offered to only 6 selected participants per cycle. Selections will be based on passion, drive, barriers to entry, growth potential, and commitment. If not selected, applicants may be placed on a waitlist for future mentorship cycles.
