By engaging in coaching services provided by Paiva Productions/Kristin Paiva, you expressly acknowledge and agree that any outcomes, including but not limited to bookings, are not guaranteed. Kristin Paiva and Paiva Productions offers coaching services for voiceover, which are conducted independently and are not associated with any network, project, or studio. You understand and accept that individual results may vary based on factors such as personal effort, skill level, and industry dynamics, over which Paiva Productions/Kristin Paiva exercises no direct control.
 

Artificial Intelligence & Voice Integrity Policy

Paiva Productions is committed to protecting the creative and professional integrity of voice actors. We do not cast, recommend, or submit synthetic voices (AI-generated, cloned, or machine-learning-derived models) for any project.

 

We believe in supporting real human talent and advocate for ethical practices in voice casting. Any use of synthetic voice models in place of a human performer is strictly prohibited within our services unless explicitly disclosed and agreed upon in writing by all parties involved, including the talent.

 

Furthermore:

 

• We do not train, develop, or contribute sound files to any synthetic voice or AI voice-generation model.

• We prohibit the use of any voice recordings or coaching session materials from being used to train or develop AI models without the explicit, written consent of the performer and Paiva Productions.

• We align with advocacy organizations such as NAVA and the VO community to uphold transparency, consent, and ethical usage of voice data in the age of machine learning and AI.

 

 

This policy is in place to preserve performer rights and maintain artistic authenticity in the voiceover industry.

Information Collected:

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
