The TPI Pro Track is for professionals ready to lead both behind the mic and behind the scenes.

This dual-enrollment track combines two of The Paiva Institute’s most rigorous programs — Casting Collective and Directors Lab — into a single, immersive experience.

You’ll earn two professional credits, complete two production projects, and graduate with dual certification in casting and voice directing — prepared to lead every phase of the voiceover production pipeline.

• 8 weeks of Casting Collective training (casting breakdowns, actor outreach, callbacks, casting decks)

• 8 weeks of Directors Lab training (script breakdown, actor direction, recorded sessions, delivery)

• 2 full production projects — one cast, one directed

• Real-world credits through Shoestring TV audio dramas

• Dual certification: Certified Casting Director (Level 1) + Certified Voice Director (Level 1)
