The TPI Pro Track is for professionals ready to lead both behind the mic and behind the scenes.

 

This dual-enrollment track combines two of The Paiva Institute’s most rigorous programs — Casting Collective and Directors Lab — into a single, immersive experience.

Pro Track students complete both Directors Lab and Casting Collective concurrently, earning certification in both disciplines while participating in the full casting, callback, directing, and production pipeline.

Certification & Credit

  • TPI Pro Track students occupy one seat in each program (Casting Collective + Directors Lab) and must commit to both.

  • Real-world credit is awarded upon full participation and submission of all required deliverables.

  • Certification is not guaranteed. It is awarded only to students who demonstrate professional-level work throughout the program and in their final presentation.

  • Terms and conditions will be outlined in the official Student Agreement.

You’ll run alongside both the Casting Collective and Directors Lab cohorts, participating in shared assignments (including the Week 6 live callback session) and graduating with two real credits and a complete creative pipeline experience.
