Please Read Before Registering

We're excited you're considering joining us for an IASK workshop!

To provide the best possible experience, our workshops require advance planning and commitments for venues, travel, lodging, and other event expenses. Before registering, please take a moment to review the policies below so there are no surprises later.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

​

Deposit Policy

A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your seat.

If Paiva Productions cancels a workshop, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded.

If a workshop is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, your registration may be transferred to another eligible Paiva Productions workshop or coaching service within 12 months. Deposits remain nonrefundable.

Participant Cancellation Policy

Because we travel to each city and commit to flights, lodging, venues, and other event expenses well in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

More than 45 days before the workshop

• Refund of all payments made, excluding the nonrefundable deposit.

45 to 15 days before the workshop

• Refund of 50% of payments made, excluding the nonrefundable deposit.

14 days or fewer before the workshop

• No refunds will be issued.

Workshop Rescheduling

Workshop dates may occasionally require adjustment due to production schedules, venue availability, weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a workshop is rescheduled, all registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.

If you are unable to attend the new date, your registration may be transferred to another eligible Paiva Productions workshop or coaching service within 12 months.

Transfers

Registration transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 12 months of the original workshop date unless otherwise approved by Paiva Productions.

Unexpected Circumstances

While we make every effort to hold each workshop as scheduled, Paiva Productions shall not be liable for delays, postponements, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, travel disruptions, venue closures, illness, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, registrations will be handled in accordance with the Deposit Policy and Workshop Rescheduling Policy outlined above.
