✔ Live callback leadership and actor redirection within a real casting workflow
✔ Direct experience collaborating with producers, actors, and Directors Lab participants
✔ Final Casting Showcase presentation with professional feedback and review
✔ Casting templates, trackers, breakdown worksheets, and industry tools
✔ Individualized feedback, certification review, and evaluation
✔ Lifetime TPI Certified Casting Director designation (upon successful certification)
✔ Access to the cohort portal, recordings, and program materials
✔ Ongoing alumni community and post-program support
