What This Is

Fly Forgers is a Voice Forge fundraising initiative that brings together trusted industry professionals in support of the next Voice Forge cohort and their journey to VO Summit PNW.

 

Voice Forge is a completely free mentorship program for underrepresented voiceover talent. The Forgers are artists who have historically faced reduced access to professional opportunities, not because of a lack of skill, but because of barriers that can make industry access more difficult.

 

This page is the central hub for all Fly Forgers events. Every session listed below is open for registration.

How Fly Forgers Works

​

Fly Forgers is built on a value-for-value model.

 

Industry professionals donate their time, knowledge, and experience through workshops, conversations, and training opportunities designed to provide practical insight into the realities of working in voiceover.

 

Community participation directly supports Forger travel and lodging, helping ensure they can fully participate in opportunities like VO Summit PNW. Conference registration is already covered. Fly Forgers helps close the remaining gap.

 

Any funds raised beyond travel and lodging will go directly to The Paiva Institute Scholarship Program, helping future talent access mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
