DIRECTORS LAB
8-WEEK PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
​Voice direction is about more than getting a good read. It's about understanding story, connecting with actors, and bringing performances to life.
Directors Lab gives emerging voice directors the opportunity to learn by doing. Participants develop their creative judgment, communication skills, and leadership through hands-on exercises, recording sessions, and the direction of a complete audio drama.
They leave with practical experience, a professional credit, and a stronger foundation for leading performances.
CASTING COLLECTIVE
8-WEEK PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
​​Casting is a creative discipline, and learning it shouldn't depend on knowing the right people.
​
Casting Collective takes participants inside the actual work of casting, from character breakdowns and audition evaluation to callbacks, creative decision-making, and final casting presentations.
Through practical exercises and real production experience, participants develop the skills, judgment, and understanding needed to begin working behind the casting table.
VOICE FORGE
FREE MENTORSHIP FOR UNDERREPRESENTED VOICE ACTORS

Voice Forge is a completely free, three-month mentorship program for underrepresented voice actors, providing personalized coaching, industry guidance, career development, and access to experienced professionals.
We believe talent deserves opportunity, regardless of background, connections, or financial resources.
